What Is a One-Off?
A One-Off is a volunteering opportunity which only takes place once, unlike regular projects which have sessions every week. These events usually last a few hours but tend to run over the weekend so you don't need to worry about missing class! Also, you can come to as many one-offs as you like, we won't take offence.

One-offs are exciting because bigger time slots mean larger projects and the ability to go further afield. We have gone to Mersea Island to do a beach clean up, Dedham to help a therapy farm and Boxted to paint an airfield museum! This is a great way to explore picturesque towns and villages that you wouldn't get to see otherwise. You may even get a pub lunch!

We get up to all sorts: Building, painting, stable mucking, event marshalling, pizza making. You don't need any prior knowledge or experience, just good vibes and a willingness to get stuck in.

All tranport is provided - normally in the form of our luxurious SU minibus. We guarantee a great day out with friendly people and lots of laughter.

Keep an eye on this page because we are constantly updating it!
