WHAT IS A ONE-OFF?
A One-Off is a volunteering opportunity which only takes place once, unlike our regular projects which have sessions every week. These events can last a few hours or all day! We cover a broad range of activites and interests, and you can come to as many one-offs as you like. Keep an eye on this page because we are regularly updating it with new volunteering opportunities.
One-offs are exciting because bigger time slots mean larger projects and the ability to go further afield. We have gone to Mersea Island to do a beach clean up, Dedham to help a therapy farm and Boxted to paint an airfield museum! This is a great way to explore picturesque towns and villages that you wouldn't get to see otherwise. All tranport is provided, and you might even get a pub lunch!
