We have an exciting new opportunity for volunteers to support us with the young people enrolled on our digital learning programmes in the East of England.
We are looking for someone who can:
-Support a 45 minute mentoring call once a fortnight.
-Happy to call and speak to YP over Teams/phone.
-Speak to Young people about how they are progressing with the online course.
-Understand the needs of out young people and what their goals and ambitions are.
-You will be supported by one of our friendly programme executives in the role.
You don't need to be a expert in digital skills and marketing but willing to support the young person build resilience, manage self guided learning and encourage them to move towards their goals.
This role will be providing ongoing support to young people attending our programmes in July, August and September for 3 months whilst they complete the qualification.
